Stress plays a vital role in human life and personality. Only when, the level of stress is increased more than needed, it creates problem on physiological or psychological levels. We should remember that stress is the driving force without which the person is not able to move in life. So stress is one of the important elements of our life. We need to work on the factors which either rise the stress level or lower it, which in turn, lead to hyper stress (High BP, High sugar, anxiety etc) or hypo stress (low BP, low stress level, depression etc).

Yogic Techniques give the best way to learn and manage the stress.
