Sopan Bagh is a posh and very well known locality of Pune. Since 2009, we are conducting group yoga class in Sopan Bagh thrice a week in the evening from 6.30 – 7.30 PM. (Monday, Wednesday & Friday)
This class is being run with the purpose of well-being and therapy. The practitioners experience yogic practices on all different levels. Time to time, Health Management practices are introduced in packages for the practitioners to experience their own physical and mental status. Also, we experiment with asanas such as Bhujangasana, Tadasana etc. on different levels, allowing the practitioner to stay in the practice for longer period of time to become aware of their internal parts working and to experience the level of practices which Satyananda Yoga calls Advanced practices.
