I have experienced these benefits in the few months that i have practised yoga under the tutelage of an expert and knowledgeable Guru.We normally associate the benefits of yoga at the physical level which is only the superficial and visible aspect . The real benefits accrue gradually . The guidance of a Guru is vital.
